Standards

The c:card network is a partnership between the c:card team and c:card points.

The c:card team is committed to developing a working partnership with c:card points which values and respects c:card providers and supports the delivery of a quality service. A set of standards has been developed which aims to clearly set out the contract between the c:card team and c:card points.

The following section contains a brief description of the c:card standards but if you would like more details please contact the c:card team.

c:card team standards

The c:card team will work to the following standards:

Partnership Working
c:card staff will be helpful and approachable to all c:card providers
Orders
c:card team will ensure that all orders are processed efficiently
Statistical Data
c:card team will collate and disseminate statistical data for each c:card point
Training
c:card team will deliver all initial training for new c:card points and/or new c:card workers
c:card will provide on going training for c:card points

Opening Times
c:card points will be open at the advertised times
Range of Condoms and Lubricant
c:card points will always provide the full c:card range
Promotional Materials
c:card points will provide c:card promotional materials
Data Recording
c:card points will record accurate data
Training

all c:card point workers will complete the initial training prior to delivering c:card

c:card workers will attend on-going training events
Partnership Working
Organisations providing c:card will acknowledge the c:card network on all materials
Confidentiality and Child Protection
c:card points will work to the c:card confidentiality and child protection guidelines
Complaints
c:card points will work to the c:card complaints procedure
