c:card is confidential. This means that information you give to a c:card worker will remain private and confidential unless the worker believes that you are at risk of harm or harming others.
This means that even if you are under 16 we won't tell your parents, guardians, your doctor, your school or anyone else that you are using c:card unless we think you are being harmed - it's up to you who you tell.
c:card workers will treat you fairly and with respect at all times.
